My skin is becoming darker day by day previously I have used some ointments at that it was somewhat ok but again the same problem has occured and my neck also becoming darker.plz suggest me solution

This could be acanthosis nigricans. This may be a marker for diabetes. You need to see a dermatologist who will order a few tests and then start you on treatment for the same.
