Darkening of ear lobes and cheeks

I have had darkening of ear lobes since last year and now my cheeks also have started to develop darkening. My face skin and scalp is very oily and I have to shampoo almost everyday else my scalp starts to itch if I don't shampoo for two-three days. I also tested for blood sugar and my HBA1C is 6.3 and I'm not taking any medicines for sugar control.

Pls post the pics of face and ears to have better idea.there r specific medications treating the oilyness of face and scalp.pls go for online consultation.
