Dark stool sometimes green

I have constipation and from last few days I am having dark stool, blood spot in the stool and it sometimes greens. I had stool test but nothing found. I have also acidity and gas problem and for that I had endoscopy test but that is also negative. What is the pro lem I Don, T know. Doctor told me it's piles and for that I am taking pilex medicine and oinment
