Some dark spots are occurring on the skin, mostly on the left arm. Consulted a doctor, he diagnosed these spots are occurring because of sunlight. But it has been 2 weeks and I always wear full sleeves, still no recovery has been seen. Kindly help. Do I need to consult a skin care specialist? Please recommend what to do.
