Recently i am seeing dark spot inside my mouth . Exactly left side of my cheek (Near wisdom teeth). But no irritation. Is it anything serious doctor??

Hi..it might be melanosis or fordeys spots. No need to worry as they are variation of normal anatomy. If there is frictional pigmentation detected by dentist due to wisdom tooth, then go for wisdom tooth removal. Regards
