How to treat that spot, didn't sleep may be that was a reason for this. Please help it's irritating to the eyes

If the spot is not bothering you, it is probably a sub conjunctival harmorrhage or blood clot in simple terms. These are harmless and will disappear in 12 -14 days. It needs no treatment. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni Road station east, Mumbai
