Dark pigmentation on arms and legs

Hi doctor, I have several marks on arm n legs because of past injuries.i am using Nivea body lotion but there is no lightening of skin.could you please suggest me any medicated lotion for skin lightening to lighten the scar marks overall from arms and legs?

Pigmentation can be at different depths,use creams based gycolic acid or kojic acid etc in the night to lighten along with sunscreen application in the morning.But it's always better to get your skin examined by a dermatologist in person to understand the concentration required.
