I quit smoking in the month of Feb this year Sometimes will have dark particles in phlegm whenever I tried to clean throat deeply or with high intensity No cough or any other symptoms

Do not clean the throat forcefully. You can get blood stained phlegm. If it is old, you can get dark phlegm. Pl do betadine throat gargling. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
