My friend aged 22 years is suffering from the problem of dark neck kindly suggest some tubes or creams.

It’s most likely to be Acanthosis nigricans. It may be due to various reasons of which obesity is one among that .. if ur friend is obese , on reducing weight the lesions will subside ... but for proper management it’s better to consult dermatologist online
