My father have habit to eat tobacco from past 2 years. Suddenly yesterday we found Mark below lip whcih spreading til neck.. We are shocked to see the dark mark.. Plz suggest where we should consult? Is scanning is necessary? Is this skin disease or effect of eating tobacco plz answer
