My overall skin tone is wheatish but my knuckles are dark and they get even more dark during winters. Is there a possible solution or treatment for that?

I understand that it is concerning for you. But as such it doesn't seem abnormal. There are many products ri temporary lighten up your skin tone! But why? Why is that required. I think it appears absolutely normal.. but if it is concerning .. consult with a dermatologist.. but I can definitely tell you. Any whitening methods are going to be temporary and it wil return to same colour eventually. Maybe not in a few months but definitely in a year or so !
