Dark knuckles hands and feets
Hi Doctor,
My fiancee have a problem with dark knuckles of her hands and feets. Doctor prescribed her Vit b12 + vit e + restretra hd tablets for a month. I just want to make sure that what may be the actual reason of these dark knuckles? Also is really restretra will work here?

One of the causes of knuckle hyperpigmentation might be vit b12 deficiency.so once u get vit b12 levels test done and follow ur doctors advice depending on report
