Dark horizontal line in the mid of nose

I have a dark horizontal line in the mid of my nose. Usually corners of the nose are oily and dark, but due to change in weather, its dry and peeling out which is leaving marks. My skin takes very long time for healing and leaves marks. Also i have very brittle nails, and hair thinning very fast, Can anyone help?
