Postpartum skin changes, including increased pigmentation such as melasma and whiteheads are common due to hormonal fluctuations. It's important to consult the doctor online or visit the clinic before starting any treatment, especially to confirm the diagnosis and ensure that the treatments are safe for you, especially if you are breastfeeding.

Dark spots and whiteheads after delivery are common due to hormonal changes. The dark spots could be due to melasma (chloasma), post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or even sun damage. Whiteheads are often due to clogged pores. I recommend consulting a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
