Dark/ dead skin on cheeks

I have fair skin, but I can see black skin or dead skin on my cheeks. Could you please suggest any cream or medicine for it. Due to lockdown I haven't done facial massage for past 6 months. Is it the reason for it?

It is difficult to comment without looking at a picture of your skin condition.It sounds like Melasma.For this start using a Sunscreen religiously(la Shield Fisico 50+) atleast twice daily and Apply Depiwhite Advanced cream locally twice daily for 1 month and then u can consult again
