Dark circles near eyes

I have dark circles near my eyes? What to do? How do I stop it? Any creams available on over the counter? Or should i see dermatologist?

Dark circles can be due to stress,hereditary,lack of sleep,increased screen time.mote then over the counter drugs consult a dermatologist and seek a treatment for the same as the area around eyes is delicate.sessions of Chemical peels would help them in lightening to a great extent
