Dark brown urine

Hi doctor I have been suffering from dark brown urine while peeing I have taken urine test and ultrasound they have mentioned cystitis and I have a bladder infection in my urine test they have mentioned albumin + I have been taking antibiotics for about 4 days I could still see foamy urine in the toilet and some times dark brown urine I have attached my report below kindly suggest me what to do
