Ideally I need to show a picture. I have a bump or wart or mole on the inside of my bum and not sure what it is. I am sexually active and bisexual but was tested not long ago I have been getting blackheads on my inner thighs too. Im overweight but unsure if its serious I also have noticed a tiny flesh coloured spot on the skin of my penis as well as an increase in small black moles ( the type commonly on the face) I'm vaccinated against HPV
