Dear Sir, I would like to bring something to your notice and get some medical advice. I’ve been observing the development of some dark and white spots on the nape of my neck. I am now shocked to find that they are spreading all over the area and also causing the loss of pigmentation on the skin. When I approached a doctor (Not a skin specialist), he prescribed an ointment called “”Eltocin Lotion.” Could you please tell me how I can deal with this skin disease? Thanks, Badri
