My widal test is +ve and dangue is also +ve. so what are the precautions and in how much time it recover.

Hi, Widal test is significant only when it's done after 7 days of fever or it shows increasing titres. Enteric fever (typhoid) may take around 7 days for fever to subside and treatment is for 14 days.
