Follow these practices to keep your scalp clean and healthy- 1. wash hair every alternate day- from root to tip. 2. Use a hair oil 1 hour before shampoo. 3. Dont rub your hair vigorously, gently pat dry.  4. use a conditioner if hair are frizzy.  If Your dandruff stays even after these practices, consult a dermatologist. The doctor will check if its normal dandruff or seborrhoeic dermatitis or psoriasis of scalp and accordingly you will be prescribed the medication required.

Better to wash it off in 2 minutes. More time can cause dryness of scalp. Consider alternative shampoos for better efficacy. Consult me on practo pro for guidance and prescription.

Shampoo to be kept only for 10 minutes. If lotion, you can keep it for 2 hours.
