Dandruff, hair loss and pimple

I'm experiencing heavy hair fall and dandruff returns a day after washing (every 3 days). I'm worried about thinning hair and visible scalp. Additionally, I'm getting pimples on my chick leaving dark spots after healing." Would you like advice on managing these issues.
