Dandruff, Dryness, and Red Spots on Skin

I have been experiencing excessive dandruff on my scalp and a bit in my beard. There is also some dryness behind my ears and small red spots on my body. The dandruff persists despite using regular shampoos. The dryness is not flaky but feels rough. The red spots are mild and not itchy but noticeable. Could this be seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infection, or another condition? I would appreciate any recommendations for treatment, including medicated shampoos or creams. Should I consult a dermatologist in person? Looking for expert advice to manage these symptoms effectively.
