Sir/Madam, i wake up at 4:00 am in the morning then I go for a walk of around 8km. After coming back from walk I do exercise of 45 mins and then I eat my breakfast. After breakfast I sleep around 3hours and then take a shower. Around 12pm i started my studies... And i gose till 6 to 7pm. Then I take a rest of 1hour. At 7.30pm I eat my dinner and around 10.00pm I go for bed. I am asking you is that a correct routine for me Or I will go for the walk in later in the evening. Thank you please send a valuable advice...

It's amazing that you are so disciplined. Keep your spirits high and continue thus schedule. The only lacuna which I spotted is after breakfast you go to sleep again. Instead of that you can walk for 4 hrs, do little exercise than have your breakfast. After that u can study and in the evening you can walk for 4 more km to stretch yourself and get fresh. You need high protein and high calcium diet since its your growth time. Customised plan are important to get good results.
