I have been suffering for headache often. Acidity, gastic problem also there. Vomit is happening after pain in belly,

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take a paracetamol when you have headache. Tab. Rantac-d plus once a day half an hour before food for 5 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
