Daily chest and left hand pain

I have daily chest pain. ECG is normal. Did HRCT, Ultrasound of chest , Endoscopy etc all are normal. But still I have daily chest pain and left hand pain, location of pain is not fixed. Sometimes I have shortness of breath also. 2-3 doctor suggest me that u have GERD probleme. Please help me to root out this probleme.

Do echo TMT  TEST . IF CAN BE MITRAL VALVE PROLAPSE.. CERVICAL  MRI
