Without an examination and Xrays done it is impossible to diagnose. Get an Xray vale OPG and post it here so can guide you correctly.

Hi mam....   The pain may be due to wisdom teeth or carious last tooth ... If it is due to wisdom teeth you need to undergo surgical extraction of teeth If it is due to carious last teeth you need to undergo Root canala treatment.. OPG should be taken to check for wiadom teeth IOPA of last tooth region should be taken to ruleout caries
