IT IS SAFE TAKEN D3 HD 400 IU DROPS FOR INFANT AND WHEN IT IS FOR USE? PLEASE ALSO SUGGESTS ME ITS DOSAGE.

Yes it's safe. It is used for less weight babies or for delayed walking or dentition and for rickets. Consult your pediatrician and give if any indication is there. Usually dosage is 1ml or 400IU per day for supplementation and may very depending on the disease.
