I had d12 compression since last 2 months.I had taken bedrest and now done sex with husband it started paining what would have happened?

Should avoid strains at all cost... It is advisable to start spinal extension and spine strengthening exercises... Meet ortho doc to get examined and can start the exercise under supervision
