D dimer and crp level

I am mild symptomatic covid patient and my d dimer is 256.2 ng/ml and crp is 0.4 mg/L however my chest x ray is normal. Do I need to worry? as my d dimer earlier was 202 and after 7 days its 256.2. Please don't suggest online consultation.
