D&C delay in periods

Hello doctor i am 32 years female on 3rd September i have undergone D&C Procedure due to miscarriage happens after 7 week pregnancy. After some time bleeding continues and in usg it shows RPOC lastly bleeding happens for 3-4 days between 13 to 16 September doctor said it's very minor residual and may be it's blood clot and asked to wait till next periods but till date exact after 30 days no periods came please advise
