I have deep cystic acne (under skin) on the cheek, due to which I have got pigmentation in that area. The cystic acne is painless. kindly help me how should I get it removed, without leaving a scar.

Treatment depends on the grade.. Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
