I have a hard lump or stone my scrotum sac , it's located between the area of both  testicles . It feels like a cyst, stone, or some kind of hardened mass.  Chatgpt gave me by considering my summary it can be scrotal pearl,cyst or epidydymis cyst or calcification. its Painless and don't cause any discomfort in ejaculation or erection or any movment - Size around size of a rice and can be touched and feel by pinching the skin inside. It can't be seen by naked eye but can feel by 2 finger - it's been there for very long time - the hard cyst sometimes pain when I pinched it too harsh and it's surrounding nerve got irritate and starting pains.
