I noticed a cyst or a lump under my forearm skin 2 months ago. It is not visible but I feel it by touching it. It is just under my skin and is of a size of small grain. I can collect it in my pinch and I believe it is not on my muscle. Should I be worried

As per your description most commonly lipoma. But you did not provided any clinical picure. Need to do local examination and Ultrasonography to confirm. If it is lipoma, no need to worry you can leave it till any disturbance with it.
Next Steps
Consult any nearest doctor and get Local examination. Followed by Local ultrasonography of that region.

Hi, It doesn’t seem to be a matter of concern. However it is strongly advisable to get any lump of swelling checked by a doctor.
Next Steps
Monitor the size. Consult a doctor

Usually no. But better to get an ultrasound done of the area, just to be more certain.

It’s very difficult to comment on the nature of the cyst by the description . It is better. You consult a physician in person so that he can examine the same and opine.
