I have a cyst on face.. will it go away without incision... Any natural way? It's not painful but it's turning red. It's been there for 5 months now

It require proper examination at clinic as it become red now may be due to secondary bacterial infection. So it may require oral antibiotics to get rid of that inf.otherwise it looks like cystic acne which either treated with intralesional injection or some surgical intervention
