My relavtive is having a cyst in right ovary.overy is measuring 68×46 mm.multiple rounded cysts have been seen from 20 to 38mm with internal echoes in some cysts. Is it cancerous? Doc.said it may be sign on ovarian cancer. She had a one miscarriage in may 18, married for two years and no children.

She needs a proper checkups ! Ultrasound , MRI and blood markets for cancer . Most likely it will be either endometriosis or dermoid cyst . What Is her age ?

If you are having doubt of ovarian cancer then get done MRI of scan.After that your diagnosis will be confirmed.For pregnancy consult to gynaecologist and discuss with her.Nothing to worry.
