Cyst in left jaw and neck pain

Havibng a cyst under left jaw since two months . Got MRI done .fndings are suggestive of: Mildly bulky left masseter muscle with a small peripherally enhancing cystic lesion with eccentric mural nodule in its antero-inferior aspect with a thin linear internal septa and eccentric T2 hypointense mural nodule -findings are suggestive of myocysticercosis. Clinical and histopathological correlation is suggested. Bulky bilateral palatine tonsil and mild adenoid hypertrophy. Is it serious
