My son is diagnosed with cylindrical power in right eye 1.50 left eye 1.75 he should regularly use eye glasses is it serious con dictionary to have cylindrical power

Do not worry at all. Cylindrical power is due to the shape of the eye and usually does not progress with time. Your son can see even without glasses, so he does not have “weak” eyes; however, wearing the glasses help him to focus better.
