I have cuts behind ear, it's watery and becomes flakes , I have this from last 3 months have applied soframicin/neosporin, but it always comes back. Kindly let me know what should I apply

Looks like you may have had seborrhoeic dermatitis but because of the creams you have been using, it has led to an irritant or allergic dermatitis. Please stop all creams that you are using at present. Highly advisable if you could visit a dermatologist in your city so that necessary medications can be prescribed.
