Cut scars on hand
Due to some personal issues, I cut my hand 4years ago. Since then I have been trying many ointments and tablets and lotions to get rid of those scars but of no use. It's still same as that day. I got fed up with the ointments, please let me know if there is any treatment for it. Else is it ok to wear a tattoo on it.
