Cut in forehead

Hi, my mother fell down on a cemented road face forward. She now has a cut on her forehead , just above left eyebrows and below the head. Vision and eyes are fine. She bled from the cut and they have put a bandage (bleeding stopped after a few mins). She took a tetanus shot. The forehead part is swollen as of now. She is walking and talking fine. Her BP was a little high 170/90 she has taken BP med maybe because of the fall. She has a lot of pain in the area. Is it ok for her to sleep now and take some rest as it is night time? Anything we should do in the next few days? Should we observe her all night?

She has been given the appropriate treatment for first aid. Now she has to be observed for any vomiting, bleeding from the nose or ears and excessive sleepiness. Otherwise she is fine.
