  4. Cut finger. Someone help me on this?

One year ago my baby has inserted her finger inside the water sump and  her left index finger nail Bone got amputated, surgeon has removed that amputated part. Is that possible on regrowing or is there any other way we can get. We are worried on this, could someone help me on this?
