Can you please suggest for better to recovery from HB.. her HB 9.5 Daily activities intakes below Beet root juice, 2 eggs whites and 1 egg yellow 1 banana, 10almonds,3walnuts,6pista and 1 leafy curry weekly 1s non-veg like fish/mutton/chicken 1 pomegranate and 2 anjeer and 1 kiwis fruits And two times rice meal -- one doctor suggested to take iron and calcium tablets.. as 4month started
