Cure my eye from Macular issue

Sir, I am taking treatment for my right eye for Macular issue and twice Avasine injection done, still 3rd injection recommended by doctor. But till now my eye vision problem no changes happen and medicine cost is expensive. Also i come to know the Avasine injection was stopped in india itseems and doctors using lucient injection. My requirement is can you cure my eye by right injection with economical way..Sir. pls reply i worried lot because of eye issue day by day getting worst my vision.
