Attached CT scan report. What to proceed now? No big doctors available here. Which speciality to consult now?? Age - 80 ,breathing difficulty ,fluid removed from chest by a local doctor. No smoking or drinking What is the probable diagnosis?? Please help

Hello. According to the CT report, the picture looks like that of metastatic lung cancer. However confirmation needs to be done by getting a tissue diagnosis before starting treatment. You need to consult a team of oncologists and pulmonologist/ respiratory physician for further management. Visit a hospital if breathing difficulty is persisting or worsens.
