CT scan needs to be correlated with clinical symptoms and diagnostic nasal endoscopy findings. Alone they may not give to final diagnosis. As far as report is concerned it is suggestive of chronic rhinosinusitis. You should take treatment with antibiotics, anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few weeks. If symptoms are persistent then you may need to undergo surgery known as FESS
