CT PNS - dizziness, ear, face pressure

Hi, please suggest on basis of attached CT PNS report. Is it sinusitis? Symptoms are Chronic left sided lightheadedness, facial pressure, occasional upper tooth tingling, left ear feeling muffled, squeaking on valsalva maneuver for 3 months. Tried multiple courses of prescription antihistamines, steam inhalation, no relief. Kindly help.

CT pns shows deviated nasal septum towards left with bony spur that causing you above symptoms scan also shows bilateral sinusitis.
Next Steps
Surgery for correction of deviated nasal septum that is septoplasty with endoscopic sinus surgery but it can be done Elective not an emergency procedure.    Meanwhile take the medication with daily steam Inhalation

Avoid dust exposure, aviod A/C, avoid food which u r allergic

You have sinusitis, more on left side along with a deviated nasal bone to the left. Permanent cure would be to get the surgery done for both. Although for temporary relief there are medicines available.

Ct PNS Is showing mild b/l chronic maxillary sinusitis No need for sinus surgery.. Your septum id deviated, if you have breathing issues then you have to undergo surgery septoplasty .. Sinuses and allergy can be cured with medicines
