Can I be pregnant with all. Test negative?? Beta HCG negative or can I have cryptic pregnancy this is not detected??

There is nothing called a cryptic pregnancy To rule out an ectopic pregnancy you need a trans vaginal scan Also if you getting  periods regularly and the pregnancy tests are negative you can stop imaging a pregnancy that does not exist
