I've been feeling very low and crying almost every day for the past couple of months. I was on antidepressants for 4 years before I stopped taking them in December, on the advice of my doctor. I thought the feelings would subside but they seem to be getting worse. I feel like I would be better off if I weren't born.

Hello ma'am These might be recurrence of your illness I think there is again a need for medication and I would also like to start counseling/ therapy for you, which would help to fasten your improvement. Would plan minimum medications with early stoppage of medication
