Crp level due to intake of period delay

Does crp level increases due to intake of period delay medicine? I took medicine for 4 days then when I stopped I got period n on same day I had fever body ache headache and runny nose I got blood test (cbc and Crp) done on advise of doc which showed crp level of 25, so want to know whether period delay medicine have any major role in increase level of crp
